These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RSFSOFT LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 12874141, with its registered office address at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. By accessing our website or engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
RSF Soft provides digital marketing, web development, app development, SEO and related services. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon before commencement of any project, typically via a written proposal or service agreement.
Many of our services operate on monthly or three-monthly rolling arrangements. We believe in earning your business through results, not locking you into long-term contracts. Notice periods for cancellation are outlined in your individual service agreement.
RSF Soft offers fixed-price services with no hidden charges once terms have been agreed and signed off. Clients are expected to make payments as demanded by RSF Soft for the services or projects they order. Invoices are typically due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
Clients must provide all required information, assets, credentials and approvals in a timely manner to enable us to deliver services. This includes (but is not limited to) hosting access, CMS admin credentials, social media logins, brand assets, and written content where applicable. RSF Soft uses questionnaires to gather this information at project outset.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables created specifically for them (e.g. website designs, written content). RSF Soft retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
RSF Soft's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use our services. SEO and digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on search engine algorithms and market conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
RSF Soft reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
